- I am ordering on behalf of a company (or organization). Can we place an order and pay by check?
We ask that you contact our customer service department at 1 (941) 766-1200 and we can take your order and fax you an invoice showing the exact amount due and apply any current discounts.
- I received my order and installed the cartridge, but get a "message low ink or replace ink cartridge". Why does this happen?
This normally will happen when your printer does not read the cartridge (circuitry) properly.
- Can I ship to your company the empty cartridges to recycle? Do you provide a shipping label?
Yes, we do have a program to assist with proper recycling and remanufacturing of empty cartridges. Certain ink and toner cartridges do qualify for the collection program. Please write us an email with the make and model number of the products you wish to recycle. Your inquiry will be handled promptly by one of our staff. We will provide shipping labels for larger quantities of products to be returned to the recycling center.
- Do you ship to Canada or other International destinations?
Currently we only ship within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii and US Possessions.
- Do you re-fill cartridges?
No, the cartridges we offer are not re-filled. These products are professionally remanufactured using specific patented processes to reach a high quality end product, which closely matches the higher priced original brands. There is a BIG DIFFERENCE between a refilled and professionally remanufactured alternative products.
- Will remanufactured and/or compatible products work in my printer?
The products are designed to work well in the specific intended printing device. If you experience a problem please contact our customer service department for answers and assistance. If you own a Lexmark Laser Toner printer avoid downloading any new "Firmware", which will do nothing more than change the "Chip" recognition program. If this happens your printer will not work with a remanufactured cartridge. You will be forced to only use the more expensive Lexmark brand. This is one of the new methods used to frustrate consumers from using compatible and remanufactured products. Be careful what you download - it could cost you a lot of money.
- Will these remanufactured or compatible cartridges damage my printer or void the warranty?
Generally speaking no, your printer should not experience any damage nor should it void any implied manufactures warranty. However, we live in a world of possibilities and in the event our product causes damage to your printer we will handle the cost of repair. Please notify us first to have an authorized repairperson inspect and repair your printer. DO NOT GO TO A LOCAL STORE FOR SERVICE - they will only look to blame alternative products because the OEM Manufacturers have instructed them to do so. Remember a printer is a mechanical and electrical piece of equipment it could work perfectly today and not power up tomorrow. If I fill my gas tank today and tomorrow my car doesn't start is it the fault of the gas or could it be the battery or starter. Generally gas doesn't prevent your car from starting neither does compatible ink break your printer.
- If a remanufactured or compatible cartridge does not work can I return it?
Absolutely all our products are guaranteed to perform to their intended purpose. If the product is defective we will replace it or refund your purchase price.
- Where will my order ship from?
Our products are shipped from the nearest warehouse to your destination. We currently have 11 strategically located warehouses to get your products to you quickly.
- What does it mean "Call for price and availability"?
Certain products may have limited quantities in stock and we want to make certain that your order will be processed with products that are available. Sometimes products are backordered and not immediately available for immediate shipping. Therefore we ask you to inquire before placing the order.
- How long does the standard free shipping usually take?
Standard shipping by FedEx or USPS usually will take between 2 and 5 business days. Sometimes your order may arrive the next business day and sometimes it may arrive on the 6th or 7th business day. It depends on many factors beyond our control (equipment failure, bad weather, accidents, wrong or partial address placed at checkout, etc.) However our experience with over a million deliveries under our belt is typically 2 to 5 business days.
